You know, I'd seriously consider firing his ass. His job is not only to win, but to mold boys into men. He was a total pussy in the presser. He threw one of his own players out of the presser, and basically said the seniors were worthless. "We've got the worse group of seniors, right now, I've ever been associated with." Direct quote.
If he wants to keep his job, he goes into the next presser and apologizes to each one individually and then puts it in writing to each player's parents.

wow..what has he done that is so freaking great as a coach? Really quick to throw his entire senior class under the bus. Seniors that dedicated their time in the program. No wonder Texas Tech let him loose. The guy can't coach and he has an ass. Good luck recruiting...you just gave out a ton of ammo to your competitors.
