We're getting our clocks cleaned by scUM. And don't give me the "Dantonio develops talent better line" ... these are guys Dantonio wants. Kugler was supposed to be ours.

Well, hey, I sure hope that speech at that Nike function pays off. I mean, since we're getting our ass kicked in the midwest, I hope we get some Cali kids...not that we have any in-roads or familiarity with them at all.

Kidding ourselves saying this isn't a problem right now.

We'll be "fine" either way, but JLS had as much success recruiting against UM as MD is having right now.

It should be over soon. I think UM is finally full on the OL (though they said they'd make room for Pocic, and he doesn't have us in his top 10).

When the "MSU leans" start dropping for UM, it's not a good thing.

Wow. This is unbelievable I try to refrain from posting in such threads, but this is looking bad. It's like USC recruiting against Little Sisters of the Poor. Hoke is absolutely having his way with us right now. Even when Lloyd was here and we had JLS, we at least got these kids to give us a look. What Hoke is doing to Dantonio on the recruiting trail is absolute murder.

Bring on Dillard. I still think we'll get two or three commits this weekend.

Staff needs a new recruiting approach plain and simple. Kids who grew up rooting for us, being Spartan fans, talking about giving us a fair look are committing to UM the second they step foot onto campus. Unacceptable. Don't care to hear about "doing things the proper way and letting them go home and sleep on it"... They need to pressure these kids and let them know that they need to be at MSU. Otherwise it's back to the bottom of the Big 10 for us.
