    PS: I know I know, cool story bro, 247 won't listen, etc. Quite frankly I think this is something worth taking a stand on; this is supposedly our community, and recruits, etc. read 247. I don't want to be associated with a bunch of racist/homophobic idiots and I don't think that has a place on a college sports recruiting board. This is the brainchild of the MSU/UM contingent on tBB, so you figure if we can agree on something it's probably worth pursuing . . .

    If the rods were kind enough to unban my other account I would be happy to sign such a petition.

    It is disturbing. The petition was deleted from the Georgia, Bama, Iowa, Louisville and FSU boards. Clemson, Arkansas and South Carolina are in neg-bomb mode.

    Auburn, Florida, UM, Notre Dame, Oregon and USC are supportive.

    Even if it goes nowhere, I think it's worth taking a stand against.

    More worried about how the flagship board of our network would reflect on our own board. If we want 247 to have credibility, I think this is a pretty simple first step.

  • Mods over there won't do shit. kitemac already in full deflection mode. You could threaten to kill another poster and their family on that board and his response would be "PM a mod and hopefully they will respond or take action". Does kitemac actually expect someone to PM all 15 mods asking for a ban on someone? One or two of those mods should be able to do it and if they can't they should be removed from moderating immediately. They won't even ban that LSU mod and he is one of the biggest violators and biggest bigots on that board.

    It's funny that 247 actually considers themselves to be a legitimate site with a board like that... and why they even have an All Topics board on there is dumb. Just asking for trouble. It's a sports site, not CNN.

    I sincerely believe that this thread is an abomination. We, as Americans, are fully entitled to our opinions. Some opinions are based on real-life experiences, while others are based on what they observe on television. My experiences with other races may possibly be different than yours. My outlook may differ, as well. This thread discriminates against those who seem or act "racist" when there is no proof of said racism. Sarcasm might not be comprehensible via tBB; however, when you take what people say on a message board seriously... all of the time... you're a retard.

    I delete and/or ban posters who post that kind of crap on this board. We allow a lot of stupid crap to be posted here, but not that kind of stuff.
