We have a nice one in a computer room in our office. Just remember, you need to, just like with a dehumidifier, drain the run-off it pulls out of the air. So make sure you have a drain or something. Some have internal tanks but they have to be emptied regularly or it will shut itself off.

Some have evaporating tubes that go out the window with the hot air. we don't, we have the tank, not so much fun. The only problem I see is that the exhaust tube gets really hot, so you have a pretty hot element in a room you are trying to cool.
