As far as guys who we REALLY need to step up next year, Caesar is high on the list. We've been spoiled with good TEs over the last few years, and it's really bailed us out when the OL couldn't support the run game or Maxwell and the WRs couldn't get on the same page. Someone's gotta fill in for Sims, particularly as a blocker.
On that note, is Gleichert making progress? Could he see the field in a role similar to what Celek had, or is he likely to fall on the depth chart?

OL Coach Mark Staten likes Jarrett LaRubbio's film. Coach D is now evaluating LaRubbio's film.
LaRubbio currently projects to OG at the next level but at 6'-5", 265 lbs. he could grow into a right OT.

Please stop the "no one has worked harder" comments - they are still fresh in our minds from the Jabari Parker decision. We all know that Izzo is a tireless worker and is not afraid to grind it out to get a recruit.
It's not what Izzo, Dantonio and Hollis are accomplishing, its the way they are accomplishing it

No but the 247 timeline on his profile says he's at us tonight and scUM on the 10th. My concern is that he's meeting Drake at their place this weekend.
Edit: both of their timelines are showing a scUM visit on the 10th

People have said that is Hoke's MO since he got to Ann Arbor. It's the "we want you but if you don't commit we're going to shop around and get someone else in your place" line. That's how they get these 3-4-5 commits at a time during big weekends.
