Don't hate me for thinking out loud here, but think of the potential talent and depth chart his our WR corps would take if Arnett doesn't play and Burbridge doesn't qualify...yikes.

You'd still have Fowler, Kings, Madaris, Mumphry, Sims, Jones, Lippet.. Depth would be questionable as would gametime experience, but I don't think it'd be a complete disaster..
We do need at least 1 if not 2 "elite" receivers though.. that go-to guy.. Arnett and Burbrdge seem like the best candidates right now..

You forgot about Kerrick and Caesar. Also we'll have Troup, Kubvoruno, and Barksdale as preferred walk-ons. We have tons of wide receiver potential. If in the scenario that both Arnett and Burbridge didn't qualify I think we'd still have plenty of guys who can step up and put together a solid WR corps.

There's no reason to think Arnett won't get the waiver. Hopefully burbridge qualifies, if not I really think we're going to need Madaris to step up
