    If and when the ncaa doesn't clear Arnett, I am leading the witch hunt. Insane it has taken this long, there is zero debate about the health, he was spending every weekend back at home and there are now 2 cases of the same situation being cleared. Do not understand why it is taking this long, almost like they are watching his spring performance....

Insane it has taken this long, there is zero debate about the health, he was spending every weekend back at home and there are now 2 cases of the same situation being cleared. Do not understand why it is taking this long, almost like they are watching his spring performance....

    It sounds like we've supplied them with a mountain of documentation.. I imagine the NCAA has to both verify the information and then interview a bunch of people. That involves travel, medical records, appointments, etc. Not something that can be done overnight..

    I have a feeling he gets approved, esp if his father is now on a transplant list as was reported a couple of weeks ago.

    Might want to check the schedule for accuracy "ST Staff". ND is a home game this year. 1st road game is CMU on 9/8.

  • Thanks for the update. What does the picture look like for DEs? Are we are high on any lists (Kevin Robbins has been mentioned before)? Losing Pittman last year suggests DE is a major priority this year.

    It's actually a pretty quick process. 21 days is pretty short when dealing with a bureaucracy like the NCAA. We just took our time submitting the paperwork. But yeah, if they deny him... I'll go apeshit.

    I would rather see us take both Hicks and Warfield at CB then add another QB.
    Plus I like are chances of getting a commit from Williams at the Spring game. Come on Terry work your magic!

    I'm not a fan of taking 2 QBs. We have limited schollies. I'd rather take OL or defensive players. Those positions benefit from having extra guys in the depth chart.

    If we were going to take another QB, I'd only want it if it were Olsen, that 5* QB that had emerging interest in us but is most likely going to Miami I think...

    If Brandon was stupid enough to do that, it would cause an all out war between the two athletic departments in the media.

    Here's an example of when a grammatical error changes the meaning of the post. It seems that you don't want two QBs, but your post advocates for it.

  • I like hearing the positive news about the current WR's. A healthy group of WR's that includes Fowler, Arnett, Lippett, Mumphrey, Sims, Caesar and the walk on (can't remember his name at the moment) should at least be solid.
