It's time to call out MSU's S & C staff's conditioning regimen. This team has suffered an inordinate amount of back and shoulder injuries compared to many other college teams. Back Injuries : David Barrent, Paul Lang, Damon Knox, Mylan Hicks, Hank Conway (neck, upper back). Shoulder injuries : Zach Hueter, William Gholston, Garrett Celek, Chris Norman, Lawrence Thomas, Mark Scarpinato. What the Hell is going on here ! The S & C training regimen needs to be evaluated.
Is it just bad luck? Are these lingering injuries from High School play? Some people say Mannie is great and some say not so much. What is the real story?

I know Barrent and Lang's injuries were from HS. Boisture as well.
Conway fractured his S1 during practice. Nothing you can do about that.
Gholston's shoulders had problems since his FR year of HS. Said this past season was his first pain-free season since then.
Scarpinato has shoulder surgery to repair. . . .you guessed it, a HS shoulder injuries.
