My prediction:
Tommy Vercetti (Ray Liotta) from Vice City "retires" to San Andreas for the weather and a different line of work it seems, but it looks like he will get back into crime in some way..

Me too - bought them, loved them, but gave up on the missions about 75% of the way through. Same with LA Noire. I really hope they get it right this time.

I loved GTA IV, but the story did start to get a little bit redundant around the middle of the story. Not nearly bad enough for me to stop playing. And the ending was great. Hope GTA V is as good.

Maybe this is just me, but if they were to do a new city I would prefer it to be an American city, just because a lot of the little spoofs and jokes they incorporate into the culture of the city they are emulating are inside jokes and we as Americans can better relate to them. Although it would be cool to have maybe a dlc or something that takes you to another part of the world. Basically though, I have great American cities like Chicago, Las Vegas, (potentially Detroit) etc. on my list higher than any other cities in the world.

If you didn't see character development in RDR, I don't know if you'll ever see it to your satisfaction in a video game.
