Interviews were for position coach spots. Big difference between position coach and Coordinator.

The head coach Payton and one other coach were all at Illinois together with Roushar at one time.
Let's just wish him luck and hope things work out for the best. Guy put his best foot forward and it just didnt work out here as an OC. NFL pension in three years for him so not bad at all.

In my opinion, the play calling has changed much from Treadwell through Roushar, just the execution. I would say that means that we're running the head coaches offense and the co-ordinator gets to choose plays from that offense. His first year at the helm, he was successful (or at least the offense was). The second year we fell off. I don't blame him at all. Moving forward, a dynamic recruiter is needed, preferably someone that has some experience with the wrinkles that are rumored to be added.
