The only reason she has gained this much weight and wil be smoking hot in a couple months is because it's a publicity stunt/marketing scheme for weight watchers a la Kristy Allie. That is the ONLY reason she should look like this even after having a baby. She looks easily a hundo more than pre-pregnancy Jessica. That is not responsible.

Some celebrities literally hide out / refuse to be photographed until they have lost all the weight & will be on the cover of a magazine discussing "how I lost the baby weight"

There you go. Have you seen any celebrity having herself seen as much as she after having a child? She's already setting up the comeback tour. Her PR peeps are probably taking the photos themselves and getting them into the media.

A pregnant woman should only gain 15-40 lbs during her pregnancy depending on if she was over/under weight before getting knocked up. An additional 100-300 calories is all that the baby needs. Pregnancy is not an excuse to over eat. She should have practiced a little self control.

Pregnancy is a good excuse to gain 25-30lbs.......her left saddle bag is probably 50lbs. alone.

And apparently her doctor cleared her to eat 7 whole pizzas a day.
