This...just like any other leftover food.
Guy at work decided to clean out the little fridge we have in our area of the office today. He found some pickled-creamed herring I left in there, dated 1/24/12. Opened it up and it smelled fine, so I ate it...tasted fine. He thought I was crazy. Explained to him that the pickling preserved it. He was still freaked out and predicted I'd be projectile vomiting in a few hours...didn't happen.

So I'm lazy as hell tonight and don't feel like cooking or ordering out. There's some sliced turkey in the fridge that I bought 10 days ago. It's high quality stuff, I believe Boar's Head brand.
I'm interested to know... What's the longest people here will let deli meat sit in the fridge before pitching it? My turkey doesn't smell or anything, but I'm thinking it has to be on the border.
