Yup. Did my BA at a small college. It wasn't really around there much. I did have a roommate that did though. I remember stumbling upon it in his desk drawer when I was looking for scissors or something. My first though (country kid, had never seen it before)... why the hell would you keep pencil shavings in a plastic bag?!

Sure kids smoke some weed, the laws are designed to catch the abusers though. If you get busted smoking while driving you probably are a total high on not just a casual smoker. Same thing for DUIs, I know a lot of people who have gotten them, maybe a couple dozen, not a one of them is just a casual drinker, they are all heavy drinkers to one degree or another. Even drug tests run on the principle of catching the worst addicts, if you can't stay off whatever for the few days (cocaine) or few weeks (weed) that it takes to leave your system when you know you have a drug test coming up you have a problem.

me too. I was at State in the late 80s and early 90s. I believe it was a little easier to be that way then. Drinking, however, is a different story.
