uh smotz probably would've started at the 4 he was easily uofms 3rd best returning player.

My God, I cannot wait for the collective UM community to see how long it takes to develop a big man, even a blue chipper. Especially when the recruit has been sliding down the ol' value pole...

I thought the loss of Novak and Douglas was going to be tough on U of M next year considering they were 2 of the only plays that knew how to spell defense. But now the loss of Smotrycz is going to hurt them even more next year on the offensive end as he was a potential all-big ten talent at the stretch 4.

Regardless of who would have started, the loss of Smotrjowpjdfmvw of48u23i5 and Bundidge might present some depth issues.
