Seriously, everything is going great for this program, except for recruiting.
And yes, I know the standard responses to this concern. Bottom line: MD and staff need a different approach to recruiting.

You will get crushed for this opinion, but I tend to agree with you. I'm not in panic mode or anything, but I do think the coaching staff's one flaw is that they do struggle when it comes to recruiting. Sure we get our share of wins too, but I expect a team with the accomplishments we have had over the last few years to pull in some bigger dawgs. Keep winning and who cares right. I know it is June, but also the recruiting landscape has changed a bit and commitments earlier are becoming the norm.
