The only thing so far are some eyewitness accounts from some of the people who live on the street. One man said his wife saw the accident where the shooting victim ran into the rear end of the shooter's SUV. She called to him to take a look because it looked like they both were out of their cars and were going to start fighting.

Several others reported seeing the fight start followed by hearing shots, seeing the victim fall to the ground and the shooter jump into the SUV and drive off. At least one witness thought the SUV was a Lincoln Navigator.

This was all at about 8:30 AM.

Senseless. Completely senseless. Sorry for the loss of your friend. Terrible that a child lost her daddy like this.

I agree it's likely not registered. Maybe you should have to inventory your guns every 5 years or something with the State, and used sales should be more difficult? My buddy just got his place broken into and didn't feel his shotgun was sufficient, so he bought a handgun from a different friend of mine, he said it was comically easy.

What would cause someone involved with a collision minor enough to allow them to drive away to get out and start an altercation with the other driver, much less get out of the vehicle with a weapon?
