One of the distinct pleasures that I get from beign a subscriber to MLB.com is pulling up the game after the Tigers have beaten the Hawks' beloved White Sox. I pull up the full game replay from the White Sox source and then click on the innings where the Tigers have put it to Pale Hose. The top of the 6th from today's game where the Tigers scored 8 will be particularly satisfying followed closely by their incomplete rally in the bottom of the 9th. Usually, when this kind of thing happens to the Sox you are greeted with mostly dead air. His little suck up partner is a great smarmy second fiddle. I can't stand that obnoxious unprofessional, homer, whining b*astard. I've listened to a lot of broadcasters over the years from teams playing against the Tigers and he is by far the worst. When he retires (I hope its soon), if he gets any kind of award or recognition for his broadcasting "efforts", the true giants of basball broadcasting like Ernie, Herb Carneal, Red Barber, Mel Allen, Harry Carey, Vin Scully, Harry Kalas and others will collectively puke or spin in their graves. That tool box is almost enough to make one want to root for the Cubs (I said "almost")
