Yeah, and look what happens at the ends of games like that. Players get frustrated when you call ticky-tack bullshit like in that game. All that was missing in the end was Weber tearing apart the turnbuckle and eating the insides. Absolutely fucking horrible.

Pitt-Philly, two teams with absolute bloodlust for each other, I mean, their coaches almost got into a fight, had 8 total penalty minutes. Think about that.

You can quote me on this, he will get two if not three games. I don't care who you are that was a malicious smashing face into board play. A regular checking from behind or boarding call would get a game misconduct. Someone going after another player, especially after the game is well in hand deserves more than one game. Weber can sit tight for a few games.

Not during the playoffs. Regular season I would say definitely 2 and likely 3.

That was a very poor decision and I would have expected better from Weber. I doubt though that it was unprovoked. Weber is not the type of play to make that kind of move if he wasn't cheap shotted earlier.

You guys are right though. There were too many ticky tack BS calls and alot of stuff that could have been called wasn't. The game was out of control.

Interestingly, I don't see any mention of Bertuzzi cheap shotting Gaustad after the game. It goes both ways.
