Seems like Betty has not been in past Season premiers. She usually shows up in Episode 2. And, she was pregnant when they were taping, so I expect less of Betty for this Season.

I fully expect Betty to come roaring back into this series at some point, now that she knows about Dick Whitman/Don Draper.

You're just old school. Like middle ages old school, when gapped teeth was a sign of lustful, amorous women (most famously portrayed in Jeffrey Chaucer's wife of bath story in his Canterbury Tales).

I bought my wife "Sterling's Gold" for Christmas a couple years ago... basically its just a book with all of his zingers from the show, kind of a fun read when you're on the can.
