I thought I was opposed as well, but when you see some of the idiocy posted and how that may affect recruiting, I think times have to change. I think MSU officials (recruiting, media relations, etc.) should bring together the boards (RCMB, Scout, Rivals, etc.) and figure something out.
I'm not sure what can be done about attacks on twitter. As another poster mentioned, it could be a UM fan posing as an MSU fan or vice versa to UM recruits.

Ok, thanks. There was a post on the Mag over a year ago where this guy was posting videos of himself doing crazy shit when driving. I never actually saw them but he was universally condemned as being a section 8. Maybe someone who saw the videos before they were taken down can add to what I am saying.
I am not sure what MSU can do other than disassociate itself from this guy. He apparently has this little thing in his back pocket called a Constitution which allows him to say what he wants.

I met him a few times as his friend lived a few doors down from my wife (gf at the time) above cvs. I know its him because I searched a while ago when he began trolling MSU message boards. I figured it was a long shot but when I looked up his fb account there was a reference to riddlej (his rivals handle).

There's a guy named Riddle11 or something like that who posts on another board. His Twitter handle is the same, and he hounds recruits. He went off on a tirade on Darian Coopers Twitter wall a couple years ago, and Cooper mentioned that it was a factor in him flipping to Iowa.
The staff at the other site told him that the coaching staff told him to get under control, and that they were hearing bad things about him from recruits. No amount of pleading, begging, banning or common sense was enough to get the guy to stop.
Despite what the coaching staff says directly about it, the dumbass thinks he's helping MSU, when the opposite is true. Pisses me off big time.
