    I went to the Cement City venue. The headliner was the Dave Clark Syx. It's a sextet led by a guy named Dave Clark (not that Dave Clark) which is a Styx tribute band.

    Okay, you called my bluff.

    The Cement City show was cancelled because the district court shut down the biker club (which was to have hosted the show) in part because they threw the president of the biker club in the slam for selling alcohol without a license, et al.

    -ONLY- in Cement City.
