Tigers vs Twins 9/11

  • Smoltz has gone on the record several times saying that he would not have developed the same had he stayed in the Tigers system vs the Braves system. He has said that once he got to the braves system, the braves coaching staff noticed something and that turned his career around

And people think msu fans lick bad times to do the wave...

Dude, seriously. I was at this game as well as the State game yesterday. WTF is up with people trying to start a wave at inopportune times?

Anyway, Fister is making it look easy out there. I'm starting to get excited for the playoffs. woot

So what constitues a "good" or "bad" time to do a wave at a baseball game. The Comerica scoreboard system implores fans to make noise when the Tigers hitting and in the field.

From the games I have attended and seen for the last month a wave has taken off about the 8th inning on.

There is never a good time to start the wave.

The Tigers need to take the Texas Rangers' stance on this...

The energy girl cheerleader group at Comerica usually goes around getting fans to start the wave.

Not only that, but Smoltz wasn't gonna turn those awful Tigers teams into playoff contenders all by himself. They would've sucked either way & Smoltz would've left via free agency or trade anyway. DD's trade batting average is pretty damn good. Nobody bats a thousand in the trade/free agency market.
