Prone to cold streaks, but in terms of being able to hit to all fields, average, power, clutch, I agree. Nothing the guy can't do up there.
I'd pay to watch him hit BP. I realize he's got his problems away from the field and has mental breakdowns on the bases, but just an amazing hitter.

He can make adjustments with his hands that most hitters can't make. Agree with the streakiness but he doesn't have really any out pitches. He adjusts to everything.

Cleveland's losing too. Man this would be a huge win imo. Get back to 500, be 2.5 back from first, and only .5 back from second.

Have to hold them here in the 6th and get a man on base between Avila and Santiago. Then they're right back at the top of the order with no more than 1 out.

Is Castellanos ever going to play for the Tigers? I mean seriously, Miguel Cabrera has 3B all to himself for God-knows-long.
Sure, the Tigers could have him start working at either SS or 2B(Probably 2B), but that would take even more time for him to develop. This is a team that's supposed to win NOW.
With that in mind, I'd have no problem giving up Castellanos, wouldn't lose much sleep over losing Oliver, and Boesch isn't exactly that great either...

Castellanos doesn't have the lateral quickness to play middle infield. He is a 3B or corner outfield. You don't just turn a guy into a second baseman. Raburn and Inge show you that, and they were far more suited to the position than Castellanos is.

If you are going to trade castellanos, you need to get more thAn 1/2 year rental.
