Plenty of experience and quality with players like McDonald, Fonoti, France, Burkland and Jackson. Weird to think of it as the top unit in conference considering the running game left a lot to be desired last season, but the protection for Cousins was mostly excellent after a rough 4-5 game start. Really interested to see what these guys are made of with plenty of time to get comfortable in fall camp, albeit without Joel Foreman.

So, isn't this a relative thing? Do we have to turn into the 1993 Dallas Cowboys and be road graders, to be the top line in the conference? Does ANYONE expect to run that way this season? Wisconsin is the only one I think of in that fashion. Michigan is still run and shoot, depending on AmrPunt McShoelaces and his magical elusiveness, NOT stellar blocking. OSU is looking to spring a back, but is far from the Woody Hayes 3-yards-and-a-cloud-of-dust. PSU is rebuilding in SO many ways.
Who is definitely better than us, with the talent and depth we have returning?
