Tom Izzo did not want to win that game...

    So you truly believe Izzo decided to just throw this game and lose on purpose? Your basis for this is the 4 guard line up used in the last 10 minutes or so of the game?

    And for the record, when Nix or Payne and Dawson were on the court, the deficit in the second half went from 2 to 13. Switching to the 4 guard line up with Draymond in the post helped cut that deficit down to 5 before we committed a dumb foul (by Kearney).

    Payne and Nix offered nothing defensively and did not work to get open down low consistently enough on the offense end.

    Like the rest of the morans in this thread pls pt out where I said izzo wanted to lose the gm? 2ndly you seriously think green is a 4 these days?

    Since the rules of college basketball mandate that a winner be determined, it only follows that if you claim that Tom Izzo did not want to win the game, that indeed your claim is that he wanted to lose the game.

  • He didn't want to win but he didn't want to lose. Makes perfect sense. He was playing for the all so common tie. Attaboy blanch! Youre living proof that one shouldn't let being a stillbirth slow them down.
