Talib was great back when I was in school (even saw him at the Union in 2003, super random) but he's released a lot of garbage since then.
Same with Wu Tang. The question was top 3 right now, and I wouldn't really put any Wu Tang in the top three in 2012. Ghostface or Raekwon might be in the discussion, but who else?
