To an old person this doesn't read as a positive... but it appears that it is.
Hyped, would be be the correct way to read it for you fellow 30+ year olds.

I see what you're saying, and maybe he was using it in that context (I obviously can't read the real quote) I was just saying that hype is used more like an adjective now.
Example: You walk out of ricks after a great night, good music, hot chicks, etc... You would tell your friends "Ricks was hype tonight"
So if he did say "My visit to MSU was hype" or "MSU is hype", that's better than "the visit was really good"

This guy is one of UM's top targets at WR, and a guy that the boys in AA think is in the bag. Steve, do you think MSU has a shot here?
