MSU was outcoached, outplayed, and out hustled the entire second half. pathetic... Should have left Appling on the bench, OSU on a 12-2, 25-5 run - no timeout, execution under 2:00 minutes awful, not using timeouts at the end...

I agree. Blaming Appling and the refs is laughable. Izzo had every opportunity to call a TO during that run and settle the guys down, call a play and try and just get a bucket to get the crowd back in their seats. Walking out of there with 2 TOs in your pocket is just pathetic.

We get a defensive 5 second call and they miss 3/4 free throws - we score zero points after these three possessions... Lots of opportunities there.

Yup. I dont see it very often but Izzo got outcoached today by one timeout. Matta was able to push the right button.

what happened to our in-bounds plays? I can't remember the last time we scored off of one, and we seem to give up a layup off of one every game.

Izzo never calls stem-the-tide timeouts. Drives me nuts. Aaron fucking Craft goes all the way to the bucket three times in a row, and... nothing.
