I think we offered and lost our Plan A recruits for the OT position already...not a big deal because Dantonio knows how to evaluate talent and we have some real talent down the board. I'm thinking Norman is Plan B at best...but could be Plan C.
just a note for those that don't understand...Plan level has to do with the position on the recruiting board and not talent level...During Pete Carroll's run, USC had 5 star players down the recruiting board at the Plan C level for some positions.

Norman is absolutely Plan A but i'd think there's a star by his name because the most likely candidate to lose him to is a track scholarship, not a football one.

Uhhhh...what? Norman is a consensus top 250 player and a very, very early offer. I'd say he's been on the top of the OL board since Elmer committed to ND.

Our DB haul over the last 3 classes is filthy.

That is a sick combination of both speed and size across the board.
Edit - Also didn't realize how much freak talent we have across the board....this doesn't even count people like Jairus Jones or Kurtis Drummond. I really think Lewis jumps to the NFL if he has a big year.

I See 247 lists Hicks at 5'10 and Rivals says 6'0. What gives? 2 inches at corner can make a big difference.

Cox was a consensus 4 star, while Hicks is a 4 star on 247.
Several others were very highly rated 3 stars, but I don't need to defend anything coach D has done. His talent evaluations speak for themselves. With such a big haul, I'm confident he'll have 4 of them playing at an "elite" level.

I read from the SpartanMag guys at our camp that 5'10 is more accurate. Still good size. Most guys are over listed anyways.

Awesome. Welcome to MSU Mr. Hicks.
Now this class needs some Big Uglies STAT.
We are one or two years and a one or two injuries away from being effed on the D Line. Which would suck after having one of the better DLines in the league this year and last.
