Just to confirm, if you're a two sport athlete you use a scholarship from the first sport played in the school year (I.e. he'll be on a football scholarship).

If he's serious about playing both, you're not going to see him on the hardwood until late January. Could be another Rison, who was very gifted, but was really only a sub.

Top 100 player in both sports. Loves and probably prefers basketball, but at 6'4, he's a he'll of a WR and I'd imagine that's where he has the most promising future. He's ranked in the top two in his class by 247Sports for the state of Michigan in both sports.

I don't know if it's because I pay a little more attention now, but these upcoming classes seem to be deeper with talent than ever before during Izzo's time. Not a given we get all these guys, of course, but just to have MSU at the top for them is good stuff.

What you said is accurate except when football is involved. They added a rule that if football is involved, the schollie counts against football, period.

Cliff is pretty much a lock
Tyus and Jahlil are a package (I think) and Tyus really likes Izzo
JaQuan Lyle could be the least likely of those guys to commit to MSU but who knows
