Work from home one day a week, Blackberry (tether), 75 % match up to 6% on 401k, Full Pension, 15 days off, unlimited sick days but around 10 they start to get mad, 37.5 hour work weeks, and a bonus up to 15 % of my salary that has paid out around 9% the last few years. Oh yeah, they pay half your gym membership and this year they added a $500 premium if you meet three of five health requirements. Corporate America can be awesome if you find the right place.
I won't be going anywhere any time soon.

I was expecting to hear stories of dudes surrounded by hot women all the time, whether they are admins or nurses or whatever. Disappointed to hear otherwise, except for the lifeguard.
I vaguely recall the "Doctor" having hot aides and assistants working for him...

Don't have to punch a clock, can roll in pretty much whenever if I'm not busy/don't have calls. 22 vacation days + 10 paid holidays + unlimited sick time. Low insurance premiums for pretty good coverage. $45/month subsidy of my cell phone data plan, $100 toward purchase of new mobile device every couple years. No one breathing down my neck, so I can spend a lot of time online.
Downsides: cancelled vacations, working through holidays, not being able to take sick day, pulling all-nighters fairly regularly, and in general completely rearranging my life at the whims of clients.
