I tried ProFlowers. I have heard some bad things about them, but two dozen roses with a vase delivered for $35, I couldn't pass it up.

Where did you find that deal at?
That's much better than the local places I was calling today. But I don't see anything on the ProFlowers site that cheap.

I dropped a grand this year for tWife. Definitely out of the ordinary but I've had a couple not-so-great moments in the past few months. A GF would probably get about fifty bucks worth of shit and some food.

Actually, getting the wife some Godiva chocolates, and a weekend trip, sans kids, to Traverse City for wine and snowshoeing on the Sleeping Bear dunes. She got me something too, but I don't know what yet.
