What makes a male a male?

Is it percentage of testosterone? I'm asking because brittny Griner is a dude. Let's just get this over with. Can't some "women" have a certain amount of testosterone - and if so, is there a cut off - like say, if "she" has a high percentage, she is now considered a he?

I'd say having junk, but if some chick tells me that they identify as a dude, or vice versa, I'm going to treat them as such and use their preferred pronouns, etc. I've only had the latter situation once though (well, outside of drag shows).

Male/female are sexes as determined by chromosomes (leaving out XXY or XXXY).
Man/woman are genders, which can have any number of determining factors.
I am afraid that the whole world is closer to moral foreclosure.

Some cultures have had a third sex, a third gender, or both to handle these situations. Ours obviously doesn't.
More to your question, I'm not sure about what causes hermaphrodites. I think some can be explained by chromosomal abnormalities. Others are probably caused by environmental factors during development. Not sure.
I am afraid that the whole world is closer to moral foreclosure.
