Never turned it off but found things to do around the house, grilled a badass steak outside.
I'd check on them every 10 minutes or so.

Of the 10 people who were watching the game at my house, I'm the only one who stayed in the basement watching the game till the bitter end.

Oh I get bannished to the basement too (of course that is where the Spartan room with the 96" TV is).
On the kick return TD, I yelled "Are you fucking kidding me?"
Went up stairs to get another beer, wife says "Nope, I guess they weren't kidding"

I stopped paying close attention after the third quarter, but didn't turn it off until about 3 minutes left in the game. I kept hoping for a rediculous comeback like UM had against them. I always make fun of my UM family members when they turn the channel/go to bed/leave the game early and then have a comeback, so I figured I better at least leave the tv on in case the same happened for us.

Never actually turned it off, but I went and found other things to do after ND went up 28-10. Checked in periodically.
Walked back in just in the nic of time to watch Cousins complete a 1 yard pass on 3rd and 6. Mumbled a long line of obscenities that really made no sense to myself and left the room again.
Then walked in again to see him complete a 3 yard pass on 3rd and 10, screamed obscenities about how someone should teach this god foresaken team the meaning behind those those guys holding sticks on the sidelines, and left again.
Also got to see Cousins interception after a glimmer of hope had re-emerged. Might as well have my heart ripped out once more just for good measure. What an infuriating game...
