Who is Nucky? What has he done? Brief history please...

I see a lot of chatter about Nucky on the board, accusations that a certain poster is Nucky, but I honestly have no clue who the guy is or what he represents, what the history on the board is? Can someone fill me in?

UM slapdick. Shows up with a new username basically every day after previous has been banned. Sometimes pretends to be Spartan. Sometimes, doesn't bother. Fires off racist blasts and starts ridiculous topic threads.
