That's pretty cool, but I think Google Fiber has potential to be the biggest bomb Google has dropped since Gmail. Glad they're trying to put up some competition against Comcast and AT&T. Kind of sad that they can tout speeds 100x faster than what's out there.

Not yet, but I doubt E Lansing is as high on the list as it should be! Missing a few channels too as of now. I'd still sign up in a heartbeat
1gb upstream and downstream? Yes please. They couldnt create porn fast enough as it could theoretically be shared

Six months ago former Google CEO Eric Schmidt predicted that Google TV would be embedded on the majority of new televisions by this summer. That hasn't happened, but it's not stopping Mountain View...

I like the intent, but most people are going to be really disappointed if they believe that Google is going to be their new ISP anytime soon.
