Ah, Taylor Mays; the 21st century's answer to Andy Katzenmoyer.

i hope that just by the fact someone took the time to write an article about such a late round pick who isnt even a QB shows that there are people in sanfran excited about him. perfect landing spot for him in that already stout defense

Taylor Mays was just Ernest Shazor with straight-line speed (aka pretty much just a LB). Trenton Robinson was hard-hitting corner, who naturally slid over into the FS spot.

The one thing about Robinson is that he does everything from Average to Good. If he can develop some of his skills and stay healthy he'll be in the league at age 30.

A) He has a chance to not only start, but be the #1 WR.

B) Moore or Gerrard will be the QB to start, both are good QBs.

Moore is a lot better than people think. Wouldn't be surprised if he kept Tannehill on the bench the whole season.

That Kevin Walter guy from EMU is no slouch. Martin will handle all the return duties, which will buy him a lot of time to get accustomed to being an NFL receiver. He'll have to compete with Posey and Iglesias to get reps though, so I doubt he gets much time in 2 receiver sets.
