You quoted a paying customer and said that non-paying customers should STFU. Paying customers had expressed that they were having this problem. WTF do you think you were accomplishing by by telling a subset of board members to eff off? Especially considering that paying or not, this is a significant malfunction that typifies the experience here.
If you are any sort of representative of this site you ought not to be telling any customers, paying or otherwise, to STFU.

And I should calm down? I'm perfectly calm Dude. Calmer than you are. You're the one whose chiming in first to tell people to STFU.
Paying customers shouldn't have ads. You're dead on right. But I still have banner ads on mobile and was plagued by a pop up a couple of weeks back that popped up every damn time I clicked a link. The same damn full screen ad I saw literally at least a hundred times.
