If throwing trash from a moving vehicle is wrong, why is throwing trash when not in a vehicle at all okay? Because I am not on the sex offender list. I was charged with U.I.P. Urinating in public, not indecent exposure when I was busted for it at MSU. Actually ended up being dropped down to a $150 littering fine
