He still seems like a bit of a jerk, but I have to admit the big lug kind of grew on me with all he accomplished during his short stint down the road.

I think it would be hilarious if he succeeded at Arizona.
That said, I fully expect the USC and Oregon offenses to rape him for 75 points each time they play Arizona.

After reading "Three and Out" and seeing all the shit UM put him through, I am pulling for him like crazy. The guy got screwed like no other at UM. He has his moments, but he seems like a good guy.

meh, pretty neutral. Stoops is a solid football coach: dickrod? not so much. He'll be gone by the end of next season IMO (2013)........after that he'll be a VERY good offensive coordinator which is what he was meant for at the major college level in the first place.
One thing is certain: I bet you he wishes he could rewind the last 4 yrs. of his life and stay at WVU.......what a match made in hell he was at SCum

I actually think Rich Rod is a decent person and have nothing but good wishes for him and his future coaching career.
With that being said I don't think he is a very good coach or very intelligent and I don't expect him to succeed.
