He would run circles around Danica, though I think you would most likely find both of them in the parking lot behind the Perkins.

No. Tiger would be in the Perkinslol

sure, you give gary player the same advantages and he would win a lot of tournaments today. but if you dropped ernie els back into 1950, he would win 75% of the tournaments he played in - by 5 shots

Yeah, guys like Sam Snead, Ben Hogan, Walter Hagan and Arnold Palmer would just roll over for Ernie Els. Please.

    no, they wouldn't roll over

he'd drive it 75 yards past them and hit wedge to most greens

    try to keep up

    Using 1950's equipment, no way.

Not 50 yards, but I bet with the conditioning/strength training these guys do, he could put it 20 yards past those guys while using their equipment.

Remind yourself. Nobody built like you, you design yourself.

Not this is reasonable. Saying Els would smoke the likes Snead and Palmer 75% of the time by 5 shots is crazy-talk.

I think they're assholes based on the things they do and how they treat people (family, friends, teammates, strangers, etc.). No assumptions are necessary, there is a multitude of people that have recounted unflattering behavior from both Jordan and Woods. On the field, in practice, in public, at home, etc.

On the other side of the coin, I would caution any kid to revere them based soley on their athletic skill. Assuming a great player is a great person is a slippery slope that will often lead to disappointment.

I think whenever someone becomes famous or successful all sorts of haters come out of the woodwork and try to discredit the person. I think the media likes to run with these types of stores because the public likes to harp on the faults of successful people in the public eye.

Personally I don't think either Tiger or Jordan have done stuff that I don't encounter on a daily basis. I take their short comings with a grain of salt, it is all pretty pedestrian imo.

    true that

life is more interesting when he is in contention and making putts on Sunday

    the rest is inconsequential

You encounter people on a daily basis that have super-model wives but cheat with a parade of skanks? You also encounter people with gambling problems that lead to their father's murder? Everday?

Maybe true but if I had Tiger's wife at home I"m pretty sure I would not be trolling the local Perkins for tail. Fishbowl or not.

In the scheme of child phenoms who get rich quick with a ton of media attention Tiger has really not turned out bad.

You are saying Michael Jordan is to blame in his dad's death? Sorry not buying it.

"While returning from a funeral eight days before his 57th birthday, Jordan pulled into a rest stop on Interstate 95 to take a nap. Daniel Green and Larry Martin Demery spotted the car, a silver Lexus SC400 coupe that Michael had recently purchased for him, and shot Jordan to death while he slept in his car and proceeded to steal the vehicle. His body was found on August 3 in a swamp in Bennettsville, South Carolina, and was not positively identified until August 13. "

Also, I don't think it's that uncommon for someone to cheat on their spouse with someone that's less attractive. Just had a friend that left his wife for an ugly bitch and no one can believe how he'd do that to such a rad person. Sometimes people just want some new puss.

A beautiful wife does not necessarily make for a happy marriage. Not saying that Elin was a bitch but there's of course a lot more to a good relationship than looks.

Wrong. All women are bat fuck crazy. So if your are going to marry one you marry the best looking woman you can get. It's a lot easier to tolerate a neurotic bitch if she's great looking. You tolerate more. Trust me on this.
