I'd endow a few professorships in the History department and at JMC. Actually, probably just the History department. 10 years on and I'm still ambivalent about JMC.
Honestly, does the men's basketball team need more money? If so, I would provide it.
Then I'd pay Gus to retire quietly, hire a new basketball play by play guy, and severely dock his pay for every "he got it."

Definitely the giant sparty statue. I'd put a video board at McLane stadium too. I'd also offer a yearly scholarship to U of M and called the the Michigan State Spartan scholarship, just because I can.

My dream
1) Brick Exterior
2) Building on North side, with expanded seating that wraps around to touch east and west upper decks.
3) Put overhangs above all upper bowl seating (making it loud as shit)
4) Massive scoreboard on north side
5) Outside concourse (only thing I like about UofM)

Definitely my first 'charitable' endeavor. Brick the rest of the stadium and upgrade the bathrooms. And place a security guard outside of the women's bathroom exits with orders to summarily execute anyone who tries to sneak in that way.

I'm doubling down on the security outside the women's bathroom suggestion. Last night was ridiculous. We got to Spartan Stadium at 7:30 and I wasn't in my seat until probably 8:15 because of the bathroom. It's one thing to have a long line, but for every two chicks coming into through the entrance, there was another one sneaking in through the exit. Who does that? I'm going to look around to find the most appropriate email addresses to send this complaint/suggestion to.
