Didn't even know this happened during NW game, but don't you think the coaches should have simply asked the status?
Brady Hoke: Said Taylor Lewan sat out on Saturday because he thought the referee had thrown him out. The ref told Lewan to "get out" because he was on the Northwestern sideline after a play. Ref meant to leave the Northwestern sideline, Lewan interpreted it to mean get out of the game.

This begs the question...
What did Taylor Lewan do that he thought may have warranted getting thrown out? I've never seen a guy wrongly get ejected from a game and not argue it.

I think there are 2 plausible, equally likely scenarios:
1. Hoke and Lewan are morons
2. This is the worst lie to try to hide an injury I've ever seen

Sorry to go a little off topic, and I'm not usually one to complain about Blue Wall type things, but this Pete Cunningham dude said "Kurt Cousins" twice in that story. It's one thing to screw up a No. 4 receiver or something, but one of the top 3 quarterbacks in the conference? Jesus, that's bad.

Coach: "Oh, okay"
Hahaha, yeah right. I could see that happening for MAYBE a play, but sitting out the remainder of the game? Nope. So either he is hurt or he got pulled because he was sucking.

I'm not sure that the Blue Wall applies since that article is from AnnArbor.com, it's just incompetence. AnnArbor.com is going to favor UM just like the LSJ is going to favor MSU.

LSJ was on par with the Ann Arbor News (LSJ probably better State of Michigan coverage, AA News had the Booth Columnists, i.e. Kowalski and Knobler). annarbor.com is more or less a giant confusing news blog, and barely the shell of the former newspaper. Anyone who's doing that good of a job is going to get poached for a real job, and replaced by someone who can't spell the opposing QB's name.

I live in Ann Arbor. Listened to 1050 on Sunday. Some dude, Braylon Edwards' dad and some guy with last name of Beaver.
This Beaver fella referred to Bobby Williams as Reggie Williams, and he then said that the reworked Dantonio contract was a sign of our inferiority complex.
I turned the channel after i concluded those three were morons.
