I don't know about this Sheahan player, but he seems to be in the exact same situation and could play in the playoffs. I don't really care that another poster said that he can't play. I know that Krug cannot play for Boston because he signed too late, but I believe that there is something about the team owning the rights to players which allows them to play in the playoffs regardless of when signed. So either the Blues beat writer or the person in this thread don't know their stuff and it's up to you as to who you want to believe.
