Kittredge and Calhoun have looked VERY good. to suggest we weren't getting pressure today is ludicrous. their QB was running for his life all game and hit at least a dozen times. just because he threw it away with someone in his face and negated a sack doesn't mean we weren't getting pressure.

    Pressure was definitely better today.

Miller will have a FIELD day next SAt. if Dennard can't go: that ankle looks jacked UP...not only did our wonderful staff see fit to put him in on the kick coverage up 16(he made the tackle) but then they put him back in at CB and he got hurt on the 2nd to last PLAY..........up 16 pts........with under 2 min.'s to go..........we are FUCKED if he can't go next week: fucked BADLY

lol Just like Denard does every year? Shoelace has 119 yards on 42 carries in his career vs. MSU. And every year he's going to "have a field day" and destroy us. and every year he loses.

    that's simply bullshit. lol

why, after 21 months, are you suddenly caring enough to post all day? Typical chicken little that is only happy when things go bad and can't see anything positive when it comes to MSU.

We have problems. More than a few. But our Defense is not one of them.

    How is that bullshit?

How many times did Eastern's WRs burn the corners today?

How many times did that happen against ND?

What about TEs just running free through the middle of the defense?

I fail to see any bullshit in anything I typed. Again I'm not saying that the defense is horrendous, but to say they are eons above OSU's offense is just plain wrong and a hyperbole to put it in your terms.

I am merely saying the defense looks a step slow right now at the same point it was last year. The lack of pressure to the QB is disturbing and so is the lack of takeaways.

Oh I haven't even touched the total lack of mental preparation in regards to bonehead lining up in the neutral zone and penalties.

i'm not sure their WRs "burned" our corners even once today. maybe on that drop by #17? They had 13 completions - only 5 to a WR (8 to that big TE). I don't know on what planet you can define 5 catches by an entire WR corp getting "burned all day" lol

It definitely happened once. Dude was wide open for a TD (he got past Adams and Lewis) but dropped it.

  • Dantonio, about halftime adjustments: "We talked about execution. ... We talked very vividly. We painted a picture."

On whether he's really gonna keep Bell back at PR: "If we don't get better play back there, we will. It's all about getting better. We've got to make plays." whoa panic

dude....Miller can throw better than arm punt: not ALOT BETTER, BUT BETTER; and he has decent WR's too: much better than SCum.....hope you are right though.....but I don't think so.

which is the one play I acknowledged. I would like a few more examples before I buy into our DBs getting "burned all day" by WRs that had 5 catches in 60 minutes lol

Boise got behind us a few times and their QB overthrew them....and ND burnt them badly.....secondary has been overrated and underperforming. Mainly because there has not been NEAR the pass rush we thought there would be...just the way it is.
