So this week I am down to 210 from 214. I am now about to finish week 4 of my running program and it is definitely helping out big time. Can already tell that I have much more energy than I have in quite some time and can see results coming on already.

Bet I lost 5 lbs this weekend. All water weight. Being sick sucks!

Just saw this thread. Down 16 lbs since Jan 10th. Trying to get 8 more off by SB

Bump..I need to join you guys in this challenge.

Just got my blood work back and found out that my cholesterol is high and my LDL's are through the roof.

I am at 192..should be at an ideal weight of 160. Need to drop 32 lbs or else I am going to be forced to take meds to lower my cholesterol.

206.5 this morning. again surprised that i even lost. worked extra and ate badly. going to enjoy Fat Tuesday, but already stocked up on fruits and salads for week. got to get this done.

After a tough week and a half, I am at 236 from 235. But I did drop back down to 227. Had to refocus last week and now back on track!!!! Hope to be >242 by time I leave Columbus for the Big Ten Tourney.

200.5. One more half pound to get over the next four weeks.

I haven't really participated in this but this week I crossed the 100 miles ran/walked since Jan 1. Might not be much for others but I feel I've been hitting it hard. With that being said, I've lost maybe 5 pounds.

I feel a lot better and have more stamina. I'll wave the white flag on pure weight loss. F it, I'm just going to aim to keep running and try to be over 500 miles by year's end.

Plateaued for a couple weeks but had some good progress this week. I'm down to 197 and 20%. Insanity is getting pretty boring at this point since I just finished a cycle so I may go back to p90x for a bit.

Down to 182. 10 lbs Lost in about a month. 20 to go!

I've hit a bit of a plateau, i'm now at 240 but i've been stuck around that weight for few weeks now
