I think BMI is useless, you can have a very low percent of body fat but still be considered overweight. I would rather go by percent body fat, it's a better indicator of your overall health IMO.
But I'm not really planning on winning, I just want to get back into the habit of exercising regularly and eating better but seem to be lacking motivation lately.

What diet is everyone going to use? Personally I have had success on the Atkins Diet. but you need to follow it exactly which means practically no carbs. The US News and World Report mentioned Weight Watchers has the most effective diet.

OK, I made the doc public so everyone should be able to see it, let me know if you cannot.
PM me if you want to be added to the list. Going forward every Tuesday I will update the doc, trying to figure out the easiest way to do this short of opening the doc on edit mode to everyone.
It might be easy to just PM me your stats. I am trying to figure out how to let everyone just edit their row.
