why is the board increasingly sexist?

Back in the day, about oh, 7 yrs ago, we had at least 10 to 20 regular female posters. Now I doubt we even have half that. Regardless, we only have 1 newcomer that im aware of.
So ladies, what makes this place so female unfriendly? Personally this place is 100 times nicer and melified than when I started posting, yet the results speak otherwise…
