The premium article posted earlier this morning stated a few interesting facts. Bosch spent close to six hours with MSU staff yesterday, while touring the entire campus. Clearly a big time prospect in the eyes of the Staff to receive a 2013 verbal offer.

Thanks for that article. If Bosch sticks to what he says about deciding at the end of his JR year, you would have to think that MSU is in a great position. Bosch has visited MSU several times and will likely be on campus for a game or two this fall.
I think the key is the amount of time spent with Coach D and the staff. In the spring, MSU hosted Kyle on a 6 hour visit allowing him to sit down and speak with the entire staff and tour the campus. Add that to the article posted above about Coach D spending quality time with Bosch, and MSU has firmly cemented itself as a one of the front runners for this talented kid.
Last but not least, ILL is a state which the MSU staff needs to improve its position in recruitment. Iowa and the Illini pull quality talent each year from Ill, and creating positive inroads will only pay dividends overtime.

Bosch, Elmer, Norman.
Would it be possible to take 3 tackles next year? Haven't looked at the scholly chart in a while. Bosch and Elmer look like borderline 4/5 star type guys. Norman seems to be under the radar because of where he plays, but he already has an offer from us so that good enough for me.

Norman earned his offer through MSU's camp. Clearly Dantonio was impressed by what he saw first hand, because Norman got a very early offer.

Haha agreed spartyfever would like to see us finally start landing some big time prospects form Illinois, these 2013 recruitments are only just beginning and have a long way to go. Things sound very good in regards to Bosch now though, would be very nice to get him locked up before the end of his junior year (especially as it sounds like Elmer is far from an MSU lock at this point).

This kid’s sophomore highlight reel on YouTube is awesome. I found myself laughing and saying "oh my God" more than once.
He is extremely athletic for a sophomore (big as shit too). I think his nickname should be Pancake b/c that seems to be his calling card. Those poor bastards that had to play across from him... sigh.
I especially like his motor and his discontent with just solidifying one block. He just hits you, puts you on your ass, and then moves on to the next guy.
It will be fun to watch this guy get better and I highly recommend watching his sophomore film.
Huge recruit for MSU to be in on so early. HUGE.

All Non-Vips are Trolls? I had been a subscriber since the previous site, but when these boards turned to **** with countless more Scum fans in the Spring/Early Summer, I dropped mine. Put the cuffs on me.
Call me crazy, but at this point I feel most confident in landing Bosch than any other '13 tackle we have offered. Second, I would put Riley Norman. Third, being Elmer, who will be extremely hard to pull from the Irish.
