So does this kid have any connection to MSU or the state of Michigan ? He has MSU stuff all over his bedroom....sounds like he is ours if we want him....recruited to play WR or to early to tell ??

Do you think inevitably MSU is going to offer? I read the "second home" article and I feel like this guy is probably going to be one of the bigger leans to us in the 2013 class.

His father is a Michigan State grad and he has family in the Lansing area.

Virginia extended another new offer on Friday. The recipient of the tender hails from the state of Maryland, which is where UVa is set to face the Terps on Saturday.

He would love an offer from MSU. He is not planning to play basketball this winter so he can visit all the colleges that have offered and certainly would make the trip to East Lansing for a basketball game; maybe even sporting his favorite Chris Hill #5 jersey :)

The kid is like one of the Bullough's- born to be a Spartan. Pretty big for a high school receiver. Does he also play safety or linebacker?

Zach was one of only two juniors selected for ESPN's All Washington DC area first team. Selected at WR along with 5 star 2012 recruit Stephon Diggs. Pretty impressive. Fellow Marylander, too.

Is this how every recruiting year first develops, or does it seem like we have a ridiculous number of early MSU leans for 2013? You could chalk it up in part to MD's success, but it's tough to give him sole credit for random, highly touted recruits saying they've been lifelong MSU fans.
Not that I'm complaining.

I wondered the same, and it sounds like they have direct influence over the wearing of the "favorite Chris Hill #5 jersey".
Maybe its "M" for "mamma", as in "mamma bradshaw"

He has been a Spartan fan since birth. We are extremely excited for the offers he has received and are still hoping for an MSU offer. We will try to get him to as many schools as possible this winter and spring. Northwestern spoke with him last week and seem very interested so maybe a Big Ten offer will get the ball rolling with State. Whether he gets an offer or not, we'll always bleed green :)
